2. Brief introduction of the new Project
Location : Production hall is located in industrial zone of Veles. Construction activities with the building are finished nowadays. The company decided to build hall instead to rent one, because the machinery and equipment are very sensitive one. Actually the machines for profile production are very sophisticated and sensitive. If the company rent premises and sign leasing agreement with the lesser (Owner), and if in the future the owner decides to cancel the contract, for the company will be very unpleasant situation to move all equipment (for example, it can be damaged during the transport etc.). Also another reason is lessee's attitude in this region. They are in position to cancel the agreement and it will be the problem for the company.
Raw materials : All raw materials can be found in Macedonia from mine Bucim, Radovis and also available are some mines in Yugoslavia like Bor. Raw material could be bought on the International Stock Exchange because the price of cooper is well known and all information achievable.
